Tugay Hiller is a techno DJ and producer based in Berlin. His sound moves between ethereal techno and schranz: wide, cinematic layers on top, hard and fast drums underneath.
His path into music began in 2011, when he started studying film music at the age of 19. That training sparked his passion for sound design and led him to experiment with Ableton Live, pianos and a range of instruments and tools for building cinematic soundscapes. For more than eight years he has been immersed in electronic music and has produced for numerous artists along the way.
Since 2023 he has focused increasingly on DJing. His mentors and companions Nick Devon and Binaryh have shaped his musical journey as role models and teachers. He is co-founder of UN/DONE BERLIN and releases his own productions as tugay.Hiller.
